What buySAFE is NOT:
- buySAFE is NOT a payment service, nor an escrow service.
- buySAFE does NOT collect or hold money from buyers in a transaction and we do not ask for or accept money or money orders from buyers.
- buySAFE's services are NOT available for items sold offline.
- buySAFE is NOT currently partnered with Craigslist or AutoTrader, so transactions on those marketplaces will NOT be bonded by buySAFE
What buySAFE IS:
- buySAFE's bond guarantee is ONLY available from the following e-commerce locations:
- Online stores who display a valid buySAFE Seal, which signals we have verified this merchant;
- Select merchants who sell items on eBay, Overstock.com Auctions, or TIAS.com, who display a valid buySAFE Seal within an item listing.
- buySAFE's Bonded Merchant program is ONLY available from Store's who business address is inside the United States and its territories.
- buySAFE's service is available to all buyers, both from within the US and internationally.

If you encounter buySAFE's name, Seal, or services being misrepresented or in a manner inconsistent with the list above, please AVOID the transaction and immediately report it to buySAFE. Help all shoppers and Report Fraud
